Her background includes over 18 years of customer service professionalism in both vocational and hospitality settings. After attending San Diego State University for Creative Writing and English Literature, Tia worked as a freelance writer and has also authored four novels. She enjoys the attention to detail of the tax process, and is always looking to expand her knowledge and learn new skills as part of a great team.
